BAJ Estate is a trade name of OutubroRupestre, Lda., a licensed real estate brokerage based in Lisbon, Portugal. The company acts as controller of the personal data collected through this website and through direct contact.
2. Data we collect
When you register a search brief or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, company or fund, email, phone, asset type, budget, target location, timeframe and any notes you choose to share. We may also keep a record of our correspondence.
3. Purpose & legal basis
Your data is used solely to contact you about relevant opportunities and to fulfil our brokerage and advisory work. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into a contract or respond to your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
4. Sharing
We never share your data with third parties for marketing. We may share information strictly necessary to progress a transaction (for example with a notary or the counterparty's representative), and only with your knowledge. Confidential buyer identities are protected throughout.
5. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose above, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise these rights, write to pedrobajanca@bajestate.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
